Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
   In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a player's account with RollXO Casino;
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer or incentive made available to players by RollXO Casino;
• "Casino Games" means all games provided by RollXO Casino for play, including but not limited to slot machines, table games and video poker;
• "Company" means Stable Tech N.V., the owner and operator of RollXO Casino;
• "Country" refers to any country or territory;
• "Customer" means a player who has registered an account with RollXO Casino;
• "Dollar" (USD) is used as currency unit, unless otherwise specified.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   By creating an Account and playing at RollXO Casino, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS
   RollXO Casino does not accept players under the age of 18 years old. By creating an Account, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and that they are allowed to gamble according to the laws of their country of residence.

4. COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS
   The following countries are restricted from playing on RollXO Casino: United Kingdom, United States of America (and all US territories), Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Italy, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Cyprus, Israel, Iran, North Korea, China, Russia and Belarus. RollXO Casino reserves the right to restrict or block any Account from playing at any time.

5. ACCOUNT CREATION AND VERIFICATION
   By creating an Account with RollXO Casino, the Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information about themselves, including but not limited to name, date of birth, address and contact details. The Company may request additional documentation to verify the Customer's identity and age.

6. GAMBLING RESPONSIBLY
   RollXO Casino encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. If you experience any difficulties with your gambling habits or if you are concerned about your spending, please seek help from a responsible gaming organization.

7. GAMES AND RULES
   The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any Casino Game at its discretion. The Customer agrees to familiarize themselves with the rules and terms of each game before playing.

8. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
   Bonus offers are subject to change without notice and may be removed at any time by RollXO Casino. Bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms and conditions. All bonuses are awarded at the discretion of RollXO Casino.

9. PAYMENT TERMS
   The Customer agrees to comply with all payment terms, including but not limited to deposit limits, withdrawal limits and payment processing fees. The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for withdrawals processed through certain methods.

10. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
    Wagering requirements apply to bonus winnings and must be met before any funds can be withdrawn from the Customer's Account. The wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms and conditions.

11. WITHDRAWALS
    All withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal limit of $20 (USD) per transaction. Withdrawals may take up to 5 working days to process, depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer.

12. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
    The Company reserves the right to deduct any chargeback or dispute fees from the Customer's Account balance. The Customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute against RollXO Casino without first contacting the Company and attempting to resolve the issue.

13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
    RollXO Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period of time, Accounts that have breached these Terms and Conditions, or Accounts that are suspected of cheating or collusion.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    RollXO Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. The Customer agrees to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for any changes.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between RollXO Casino and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and discussions.

17. LANGUAGE DISPUTE
    In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or meaning of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

By creating an Account with RollXO Casino, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
